Story Brew on Spotify

Story Brew is a podcast I started for intermediate English learners. Specifically, the B1–B2 crowd who want to improve their listening without staring at a screen or grinding through textbooks.

The concept is simple: I read short bedtime stories out loud. Slowly, clearly, and deliberately paced. You listen, your ear adjusts to natural English, and ideally, you drift off feeling a little better about the language.

I’m not a native speaker. And that’s kind of the point. A lot of English learners feel less intimidated hearing someone who learned the language rather than someone who was just born into it. If my voice makes this feel more approachable, then it’s doing exactly what it’s supposed to.
